We’re excited to have our first drive and drop drive of the year to help support this ministry! \nCome by our main entrance on Sunday\, March 13\, to drop off and donate items to our Clothes & Food Drive. Because this drive is for the different programs at Helping Hands\, we’re asking for varying “most-wanted” items as donations: \nClothes Closet: \n\nCoats — kids & adult sizes\nSocks — kids & adult sizes\nLarger sizes of any apparel items — men’s & women’s\nShoes — kids & adult sizes\nAlthough not apparel\, we would also like to provide blankets.\n\nFood Pantry: \n\nFamily-size cereals\n6-packs of applesauce cups\nCanned fruit\n\nPack the Pack: \n\nFun\, family-size cereals\nHearty soups\nCanned fruit (other than peaches)\n\nWe hope you’ll join us as we help support our neighbors\, along with the Helping Hands ministry! \nInterested in volunteering at the Clothes & Food Drive? DESCRIPTION:Our Women’s Bible Study is beginning a new study! \nThe Tuesday groups will begin on March 15\, and the Thursday groups will begin on March 31. \nWe invite you to join us for our new study in Nehemiah as we look into the theme of partnering with God for restoration. Together\, we’ll look at how a disassembled nation learns to partner together again for a common purpose of rebuilding the wall of their city. They face internal and external opposition along the way\, but the leadership of Nehemiah\, a man who embodies a life of discernment and partnership with God\, consistently helps them unify together. Their unity helps them recommit as a nation to God\, albeit temporarily as they remain a foreshadow of the fact that they are still in need of a Savior to come. \nBut for us\, as we live in a nation that faces division in many ways\, we can learn lessons about partnering with God with discernment to face opposition together — all so that the body of the Living Savior can be active partners in God’s ongoing work of restoration. \nWe are offering both online and in-person groups so come and join us in whatever way you prefer.  \nLearn more about our Women’s Bible Study here. DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to have baptisms on Easter Sunday this year\, and this class is for those who are interested in being baptized! Baptism on Easter is another meaningful way to acknowledge Jesus’s resurrection — showing that your life is anew in Christ. \nThis class is for believers (elementary schoolers through adults)\, but it’s also for parents who would like to have their infants baptized. \nIf you are interested in being baptized on Easter Sunday\, please register and join us for this in-person class!
