Director of Operations

Part-Time

The Director of Operations oversees operational areas including facilities planning, vendor relationships, risk management, security oversight, and operational planning. This role works closely with the Senior Pastor, Director of Finance and Administration, and Facilities Lead to ensure that the church’s campus and operational systems are well managed and aligned with the church’s ministry priorities.

Outreach Coordinator

Part-Time

The Outreach Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Sunset Church’s outreach ministries, including local and global initiatives. This role focuses on logistics, communication, and volunteer coordination, helping ensure outreach efforts are well-organized, well-communicated, and aligned with the church’s mission.

Facilities Rentals & Front Office Coordinator

Part-Time

The Facilities Rentals & Front Office Coordinator provides reception and administrative support while coordinating external facility rentals and related event logistics. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, renters, and vendors and helps ensure smooth front office operations during weekday business hours.
