Local Outreach at Sunset Church is all about proclaiming the Gospel through direct service efforts within our immediate community.

Sunset houses the Food Pantry & Clothes Closet, a nonprofit ministry that includes a food pantry and clothes closet.

Catalyst Partnerships builds hope, inspires faith, and nurtures community by bringing together useful resources and caring volunteers to meet the critical home repair needs of under-resourced people in our communities.

Since 1949, Portland Rescue Mission has been tirelessly committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness, addiction, and despair in the lives of hurting people in need. Portland Rescue Mission’s staff and volunteers provide a wide-range of integrated services and programs to meet people at their point of need and provide a path moving forward with a focus on relationships and supportive community.

Through the transformative power of Jesus Christ, Union Gospel Mission opens life-changing pathways to people experiencing homelessness, hunger, addiction, and abuse. UGM’s Search + Rescue team rekindles hope for people living on the streets by providing resources, consistent weekly contact, and prayer, and their Men’s and Women’s LifeChange recovery programs exist to transform lives and break people free from addiction and destructive life patterns.

Sunset Church Partners with UGM to support the hope and healing that they bring to those experiencing hardship in our community.

Due to inclement weather, Sunset Church will be closed on Friday, February 14.
 
With any inclement weather updates and decisions, the church follows the Beaverton School District’s policies for openings and events.
