We are pleased to introduce you to Maddie Brown, who joined our staff as our Outreach Ministry Coordinator. She was born and raised in Leavenworth, WA, and attended Azusa Pacific University where she studied Sociology and minored in Biblical Studies. During her time at Azusa Pacific, she was deeply involved in the new student mentoring program. She was also able to take part in service trips with fellow students to serve in San Francisco, El Salvador, and Thailand. Through these opportunities, she developed a love for missions and a desire to come alongside others as they pursue opportunities to use their gifts to serve others.
Before moving to Portland, Maddie spent a year completing a Biblical Studies program in Jerusalem and she plans to begin seminary studies in the fall. She enjoys being outside, spending time with friends and family, and getting lost in a good book. She is excited to explore the Portland area and is always available to connect over a good cup of coffee. Maddie looks forward to meeting each of you and partnering with you as we serve together locally, regionally, and globally.
