This class is for spouses who want to listen to each other, parents who want to listen to their children, those who want to be better friends, BUT especially for small group leaders who want to minister to those in their group, for prayer warriors, ministry leaders, and anyone who wants to bring the love of Jesus to others in a practical way.

• Why is listening so important and so powerful? Is there more to listening than just hearing?
• How can I listen without feeling like I have to fix another’s problems? What if I am uncomfortable?
• How do I hold another’s pain – especially when I have my own!
• How to be a “non-anxious presence” – even when I feel a bit anxious.
